4. Server Log Files

Files uploaded via the form (e.g. plans, documents) are stored encrypted in cloud storage and used exclusively to process your project inquiry. Access is limited to authorised personnel.

Data is shared only where necessary for contract performance or legally permitted. Hosting, cloud storage and email providers are engaged as processors.
